Terms of Service

Effective date: 4 September 2026

These terms govern the use of the internal MCP services hosted at *.mcp.iaom.hu and operated by InteliArt Online Marketing Kft. ("the operator").

1. Scope and eligible users

The services are internal tools provided for the operator's own staff. They are not a public service and are not offered to clients or to the general public. Use is limited to individuals explicitly authorised by the operator; there is no self-registration.

2. Acceptable use

Use the services only for the operator's legitimate business purposes.
Sign in with your own Google account; do not share credentials or sessions with anyone else.
Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to see.
Handle any advertising data you retrieve in line with the operator's confidentiality obligations towards its clients.
Do not attempt to circumvent the read-only nature of the services or the access controls around them.

3. What the services do

The services provide read-only access to advertising reporting data through the relevant provider APIs, on behalf of the signed-in user and within that user's existing entitlements. They do not modify any advertising account, campaign or setting.

4. Third-party terms

Use of the Google Ads connector is additionally subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Where those terms conflict with these, the Google terms prevail with regard to Google data.

5. Data protection

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any service-level commitment. They may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, and access for any user may be revoked at the operator's discretion, in particular when a person's authorisation ends.

7. Accuracy of results

Reporting output is generated with the assistance of an AI assistant and may contain errors or omissions. Figures should be verified against the source platform before being used for decisions, reporting to clients, or invoicing.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of these internal tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above will reflect any change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
